Ekta Kapoor has another ace up her sleeve, named 'Kuchh Is Tara', a daily that will air on Sony Entertainment Television in the last week of the month. It has been touted as a modern love story of a young girl meeting her Prince Charming, and the anti-love, cynical hate-guru.Ekta Kapoor well known personality of the small screen is ready with her new show “Kuch Is Tarah”. This show will be aired on Sony Entertainment television. It will be aired from Monday to Thursday at 2100 hrs (ISD). The show will start from 26th November. According to Ekta, it is a serial with a different style. It is based on love theme.
Ekta Kapoor puts her heart in Kuch Is Tarah
Says the television czarina, "I have put my heart into this show. 'Kuchh Is Tara' will be counted as one of the best shows that I have made. It is a turning point in my career and is completely different from all my work till date. With this show I have broken all norms of daily soaps. There is no melodrama, no extended family and not too many twists. The story revolves around a happy family, lots of light moments, love and sweet romance."
Albert Almeida, Executive Vice President and Business Head of the channel, states that Balaji Telefilms and Sony Entertainment Television have had some shows together in the past. She is also planning to come up with a reality show titled Ticket to Bollywood and promises it will have a completely new format never seen on Indian Television. Ekta promises the show to be the most fair amongst all the reality shows aired so far. Ekta however denies this to be a home coming as she says she never abandoned the channel. Debut of two new faces .
With this show two young faces will make their debut to the small screen- Vishal Singh and Dimple Jhangiani who will portray the roles of Ayan and Kanya respectively.
Story line of show
The show will have a Punjabi family set up. But what’s new about this serial. In all Ekta’s serial a middle class girl meet a rich guy and fell in love with him. Then she be forced to marry some another person. And also the background of the serials is always either Punjabi or Bengali.Anyways how different is this serial from rest of Ekta's soaps only time will tell.
